Join published barbeque cookbook author, CHEF PATRICK as he will present and provide the how to techniques, special tips, ingredients to take your summer BBQs to the next level. Classes are designed as a series with weekly themes, recipes and techniques, to be independent or enjoyed as a series, all demonstrating the "Best of Everything Barbeque".
