One night left!

In the midst of a frosty winter, a group of artists seeks to warm denizens of the city with vibrant visual art, music, poetry, theatre, and performance of all varieties. Spark and Echo Arts is pleased to announce its third annual showcase and fundraiser, Spark and Echo Arts Live, centered around their mission to illuminate the entire Bible through the arts.

The closing event on Friday, February 13th at 7:30pm, is co-curated and sponsored by the Curator Magazine. This event features a completely different program, with introspective live performances, short films, poetry readings, and special opportunities to meet the artists that fuel Spark and Echo Arts' unique approach to Scripture. It will feature light food and wine hand-picked to complement the evening.

Until the 13th the gallery will be available for viewing Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:30am and 4:30pm. The venue requests that you call ahead in case the staff is out on an errand: 212.944.0944.

All events and the gallery showing will be held at Space 38|39 (38 W. 39th St, 3rd floor) in Manhattan.

Warm your body, mind, and soul by looking back on the fifty-two works of 2014 and the passages that inspired them. Then help Spark and Echo Arts kick-off a new season of works and their new Artist in Residence program!

Ticket sales and donations at the event will go toward funding a new year of adventurous art. Each event is $15 online or $20 at the door.

UPDATE:
The February 13th program will be all new, featuring theatre by Laurie Schroeder; short films by Ryan Pendell, Helen Hale, and Jason DaSilva; music by Matt Bittner and Lori Fischer, performance art by Melissa Beck; and poetry by Phillip Memmer, Lauren Berry, Philip Metres, Chris Davidson and Jean Ann Douglass.

Also visual art curated by Blake Ruehrwein including works by Sara Tuttle, Daniel Du, Joe Schiavone, Andrew Schmidt, S. Benjamin Farrar, Jason Jaspersen, Russell Borne, and Eoin Burke!

We'll also have handmade flatbreads, fine seasonal fare, cheese, and wine. Don't miss our biggest party of the year!
