Pre-Seattle Cheese Festival 5-course Beer, Wine and Cheese Pairing Dinner Presentations by the Hedges Family; Anne-Marie, Tom and Christophe and the Finkel Family; Charles and Rose Ann.
Both the Hedges and the Finkels' have a long history in the early days of Washington wine, and beer. The Hedges like to say "It takes a lot of good beer to make good wine." Whereas the Finkels say, "Choosing wine or choosing beer is not like being a Democrat or a Republican. You don't have to choose one or the other, both contribute to a quality lifestyle." So to that end we are mixing it up a bit -- the wines will be introduced by Charles Finkel and the beer by Tom and Christophe Hedges.
