ST CHUX DERBY CHIX SEASON OPENER
Show your support for your favorite Chix at Matteson Square Gardens. Bring your cowbells, don your SCDC merch and show off your poster boards to prove your team spirit! Join us for our first HOME BOUT of the 2015 Season on Saturday, February 21st. There will be two incredible bouts of derby that you won't want to miss.
First, Hell's Belles will take on ladies from Arch Rival Roller Girls, from St. Louis, MO. Hell's Belles will skate again skaters from ARRG's Lunachix and Fleur-De-Linquents in a battle of east versus west side of the river. If you are new to derby watching, it is a great bout to learn derby strategy. If you already love derby, it will give you time to get the best seats in the house and warm up your vocal cords.
To finish off the evening see a Coed Bout featuring skaters from both SCDC's Pack in Black and the St. Louis Bee-keepers. These two teams will divide into two mashed-up teams. It will be anyone's game! You won't want to miss this bout.
We will have a charity 50/50 cash raffle. So be prepared to spend some money in a charitable way.
Doors open at 5:00pm. Get there early, grab some grub and pick out the best seat.
We will have SCDC merch available to buy. Just another way to support your hometown team! You can even take your picture dressed up as an SCDC roller girl. Be on the lookout for the Kiss Cam, and grab someone special.
1st bout starts at 6:00pm.
