Chicken Butchery with Morgan Maki

In this 1-hour workshop, Chef & Butcher Morgan Maki will guide you through the steps of breaking down a whole chicken and prepping various cuts for a range of cooking techniques. You will learn the many benefits of starting with the whole bird, from increased flavor to decreased cost, and just what to do with those giblets! Each participant will have the option of taking home their broken down chicken at the end of class.
