The Woolgatherer
Just Cause Collective presents The Woolgatherer, a play concerning the unexpected attraction between Cliff (Simon C. Hussey), a lonely and wisecracking trucker, and Rose (Lesli Brownlee), a painfully empathetic woman who works in a five-and-dime while cultivating her dreams. From an apparently commonplace encounter, a moving duet that travels from defensiveness and distrust, parrying and deception; to real contact is explored.
