American Guitar Masters ~ Celtic, Americana, Roots & Blues
Acoustic guitarists Peter Janson (Boston MA), Steve Davison (Little Rock AR), and Larry Pattis (Eugene, OR) perform at Fiddler's Dream as part of their ten-date Winter West Coast Tour that has them in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and more.

In this one night event, guitarists Janson, Davison, and Pattis perform Celtic tunes, American Roots, Delta blues, instrumental gems, folk-songs, solos, duets and more that reveal a devotion to great acoustic music through songs about American rivers, Celtic kings, life, memory and the heart. All three guitarists have won numerous awards including "Best Acoustic Music Artist of the Decade" (International Acoustic Music Awards), "Solo Competition Winner" (Arkansas Acoustic Music Festival), "Best Album" and "Best Acoustic Album" (ZMR Music Awards), yet their music wonderfully balances technical virtuosity with the creative sonic realization of the human spirit.  They are experienced independent performers having played across the US and Canada - from the legendary Freight & Salvage in Berkley CA, to the Montreal International Jazz Festival, to the iconic Club Passim in Boston MA.

Avid solo performers, their shows bring world-class guitar playing to the concert stage: music that not only entertains, but is also evocative and engrossing, with roots in tradition and a sense of history, while addressing and capturing the sounds, rhythms, and urgency of our contemporary world. Sounds that are further brought to life by sharing the origins, humor, stories and legends behind the music.

Of their new tour, Janson says, "Our American Guitar Masters tours are so special to me because Steve, Larry and I share this wonderful devotion to the heart and soul of acoustic guitar music, and to the music that is tied to history and tradition. And in each concert we get to bring forth the highest level of emotive qualities of the music while making it fresh and authentic. Our goal is to help people have a great night out listening to some cool, if somewhat obscure, music. We have performed thousands of concerts during our combined 75-plus years on the music scene: headline concerts from coast to coast at places like the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage in Washington DC, the legendary Freight & Salvage in Berkeley and Club Passim in Boston."

Rare indeed is the guitarist that brings this passion and effortless mastery to their musical journey. With the American Guitar Masters touring concert artists, we find three mature acoustic guitarists united in cause and spirit, bringing life to their music as only they can.
