Anvil Their 2009 documentary The Story Of Anvil has made them famous the world over, following seemingly endless years of energy-sapping tours de force marked by dismal organizational conditions. Their albums are considered landmarks among a musical genre which is otherwise successively losing its identity. Their recent release, Juggernaut Of Justice (2011), was a powerful and unrelenting thunderbolt of the first order. Now Canadian cult metal act Anvil are back with their new studio recording Hope In Hell. The album presents guitarist/vocalist Steve 'Lips' Kudlow, drummer Robb Reiner and their bassist Sal Italiano in top form, highly dynamic and full of energy from the first to the last note. "We're really proud and already love the new album just as much as our early releases from the beginning of the eighties, because Hope In Hell sounds like Anvil live on stage: natural, honest, unvarnished, never over-produced and straight from the heart."
Lord Dying Lord Dying come from Portland, Oregon, a place over abundant with purveyors of the heavy riff. A region where the inhabitants are plagued with nerve and joint damage due to lack of sunlight. In a time where everyone is trying to out-sludge or out-doom each other Lord Dying gives something less than a fuck.
Sunlord Sunlord is a heavy metal/rock NYC band formed in 2004 by Argentinian vocalist and guitarist Alfonso Ferrazza. In 2005 they recorded their best and only album to date,"The First One", which is really good and you should get. Sunlord is always playing great shows that real metal fans shouldn't miss.
Wrath Hailing from the windy city suburbs of Chicago in 1982, WRATH has always stood strong through decades of a constantly changing landscape that heavy metal music has endured. Hard work and dedication to their craft has garnered an ever-growing base of WRATH faithful, and to this day, the chemistry and energy among members remains unchanged.
