CNU Cascadia invites you to participate in our annual regional Summit, the premier venue for spearheading cross-disciplinary conversations that inform the design and shape of our communities in the Pacific Northwest. This year, our theme "Envisioning Resilient Communities", will explore the question, What does a sustainable, diverse, resilient community look like? Through both metrics and place-making, we will provide tools and practices to achieve this vision.

Friday, March 16 conference activities include:
- Sessions on measures of sustainability, bus service and development patterns, and
  green infrastructure/rainwater management
- Lunch keynote presentation by UBC Professor Patrick Condon (light lunch provided)
- Keynote panel discussion moderated by Diane Sugimura, City of Seattle DPD Director
- Downtown Bothell and Seattle Waterfront Tours (tickets also available separately)
- Friday Night Reception and Pecha Kucha

Low-Carbon Neighborhoods Micro-Charrette - Thursday, March 15, 1:00PM - 5:00PM
CNU Cascadia, in partnership with the Seattle 2030 District, will also be holding a participatory workshop that will provide a forum for discussion and use facilitated workgroups to identify practical opportunities and best practices for achieving the vision of resilient communities. This  event will specifically explore the 2030 District performance goals of energy, water, and transportation in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. Join Seattle Councilmember Richard Conlin, Seattle 2030 District Executive Director Brian Geller, and urbanists from across the region. Space for this event is limited and a separate registration is required; this registration does not include tours or the reception.
