Caution! This spring five of New York's biggest bump 'n' grind stars have highway fever! The super star team of Anita Cookie, Clams Casino, Darlinda Just Darlinda, GiGi La Femme and Minnie Tonka are hitting the road for DANGEROUS CURVES AHEAD: BURLESQUE ON THE GO-GO! With a squeal of tires and a cloud of glitter, they're leaving behind the Big Apple with the top down and their tassels twirling! Tearing across the highways from coast to coast...when they pull into your town, they'll have the whole audience revving above the redline! The Los Angeles show will feature award-winning performers Anita, Clams, GiGi & Minnie, as well as local superstars.

ANITA COOKIE: is the charmingly inebriated burlesque star whose sparkling singing voice, dynamite shimmy and intoxicated wit have been called everything from "hilarious" (NYTheater.com) to "sizzling hot" (Go Magazine). Originally hailing from the tan line-free shores of the Pacific, she took the stages of New York by storm and can be seen every night knocking audiences out of their chairs around the city, and across the continent from Key West to Toronto. A Golden Pastie Award winner at the New York Burlesque Festival, Anita is also one-third of the quirky music trio Gigi & Pop, winners of the first-ever "Best Variety Act" trophy at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Pageant 2009 in Las Vegas. As a producer, she's created boozier, more naked versions of classic game shows and talk shows, and with her partners in Casino-O'Fortune Cookie Productions she produces an ongoing series of sold-out shows at the famous Joe's Pub.
CLAMS CASINO: Called "a burlesque queen" by the New York Times, "spectacular" on the New York Post's Page Six and an "NYC Culturemaker" by Time Out New York, Clams Casino is a nationally recognized producer and one of New York's favorite stars of the bump 'n' grind. She has brought her unique mix of sexy hilarity and curvaceous glam to a wide variety of stages across New York City, and to Las Vegas, Boston, Washington DC, Key West, Atlanta, Toronto and many more cities around the country! In summer 2008 Clams was the winner of two coveted trophies, for "Most Innovative" and "Most Comedic" at the Miss Exotic World Pageant, sponsored by the Burlesque Hall of Fame. She is also a Golden Pastie Award winner at the New York Burlesque Festival.
DARLINDA JUST DARLINDA: The Village Voice calls Darlinda a "Mastermind of Bizarre Extravaganza." Darlinda Just Darlinda has been working as a Burlesque Performer in New York, nationally and internationally since 2003. In October of 2007 Darlinda participated in the Feminist Neo-Burlesque Symposium at The Central School of Speech and Drama at the University of London. Darlinda Just Darlinda is a current faculty member at the New York School of Burlesque. She is also the proud winner of the Liz Renay look-a-like contest and the recipient of the 2009 Golden Pastie Awards for The Biggest Hair and Most Innovative and Creative! USA Today says "It's hard to top Darlinda."
GIGI LAFEMME: is one of New York City's sultriest striptease stars and co-producer of the monthly show Revealed Burlesque at the Under St. Mark's Theater. A Golden Pastie Award winner for Best Booty Shaker 2009 and Miss Coney Island 2010, the multi-talented bump -n- grinder, go-go girl, chanteuse and pin-up model has traveled the nation performing signature acts such as "Spanking", "Princess Leia" and "Sweet Leaf". She is also the host of Wasabassco Burlesque at venues around New York, New England and Washington DC!
MINNIE TONKA, the Sassy Semitic Sexpot, hails from the Land of 10,000 Lakes-that's Minnesota-but is currently based in New York City. Since 2003, her striptease has been dazzling audiences with acts ranging from Streisand to hair metal, matzo and Manischewitz to Mary Tyler Moore. Ã,She's the co-founder of Kosher ChiXXX, all-female Jewish Burlesque Revue, produces the annual Menorah Horah burlesque Hanukkah show, and more. A solo performer who can be seen every night on stages across NYC, Minnie Tonka also performs and produces as one half of the Schlep Sisters. Minnie's lusty hilarity has graced the stages of the New York Burlesque Festival, the Toronto Burlesque Festival, the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival, the Midwest Burlesk Festival, and the Key West Burlesque Holiday Extravaganza.
LUX LACROIX, Miss Exotic World 2008 first runner up Lux is a documentary filmmaker, cinematographer, art show curator, ballet teacher, choreographer, professional dancer and rising burlesque starlet who is obsessed with fashion and all that is frivolously fabulous. You catch her performing with Lucha VaVoom and at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend June 9th in Las Vegas.

MONDAY NIGHT TEASE!, LA's longest running weekly burlesque show has been the catalyst for debut burlesque in LA since 2005. With a cast that changes weekly containing burlesque, variety artists and music, MNT! offers a new show weekly and is home of The Quentin Tarantino Burlesque Film Festival, The Hitchcock Tease and the Muppet (of burlesque) Show.
