LeGacy Presents Happy Birthday Janis! January 23 & 24 at 8pm at the historic Nevada Theatre downtown Nevada City.

Happy Birthday Janis! is a special ONE WEEKEND only live musical celebration of what would have been the 72 birthday of the one and only Janis Joplin. Sue LeGate Halford & Dave and the Cool Beans will perform music of the late 1960's, featuring music of Janis, Grateful Dead, Bonnie & Delaney, Credence Clearwater & many many more!
Sue LeGate Halford is known for her unique vocal Joplin impersonation is backed up by the fabulous 60's and 70's band Dave and the Cool Beans. "Hatched" from LeGacy's 2014 spring hit "From the Cavern and On", Dave and Cool Beans have become known widely for their great musicianship and tight harmonies.
Dave Halford heads up the Beans on rhythm guitar and his fantastic searing vocals. Gary Epps on lead guitar, keyboard and vocals. Steve Sheppard on bass and vocals.
