Jimmy's Pig Week Signature Event: BACON + BEER + CHEESE + CHOCOLATE
In honor of Pig Week 2010 at Jimmy's (May 9-15), this signature event will be led by Mr. Cutlets himself, Josh Ozersky alongside the New York Degustation Advisory Team - Mary Izett and Chris Cuzme. A series of specialty bacons will be paired with artisan cheeses, chocolates and craft beers, creating mouth parties of unparalleled delight.
In addition to hosting the Mr. Cutlets Show on the Heritage Radio Network, Josh Ozersky is the author of Meat Me In Manhattan: A Carnivore's Guide to New York and The Hamburger: A History.
Mary Izett currently writes for Ale Street News, is President Emeritus of The Malted Barley Appreciation Society (MBAS), and is behind the online blogsite www.mylifeoncraft.com.
Chris Cuzme is current President of the MBAS, VP of The New York Homebrewers Guild, Special Event Coordinator for NY Craft Beer Week, and is heavily involved in the start up brewery: Wandering Star Craft Brewery (www.wanderingstarbrewing.com).
