Love Myths by Cecilia Palmtag
RAW (resident artist workshop) presents Love Myths, an original musical that explores the chaos and epiphanies of dysfunctional archetypes falling in and out of love. Shelley, the weaver of threads, scrambles to keep our pantheon of anti-heroes from self destructing, while Coyote dutifully baits them on. Our workshop presentation offers a sneak peak into the developing score which is a soulful, passionate and biting account of these lovers who survived their myths. Written and directed by Cecilia Palmtag in musical collaboration with Paul Baird, Randy Freemier and Llano Blue.
