Afro-Cuban Performance & Dance Party

THE PERFORMANCE PART OF THE EVENING IS SOLD OUT. BUT THERE ARE SOME TICKETS LEFT FOR THE DANCE PARTY, which starts at about 9:30pm. YOU CAN ALSO COME BY AFTER 9:30PM (AFTER THE PERFORMANCE) AT STUDIO 1398, AS THERE WILL BE SOME TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR JUST FOR THE DANCE PARTY.

Caravan World Rhythms & New Works invite you to enjoy a special evening in two-parts:

8pm - 9:30pm - Performance of Afro-Cuban dance by Cuban dancer Silfredo la O Vega and guests, accompanied by live Percussion. In addition, the 4-piece Latin band Rumba Calzada led by Raphael Geronimo will provide Cuban-inflected music in between dance pieces.

9:30pm - Late: We will clear the space for a Dance party with DJ Marc Fournier (of Electropical) and surprise guests, spinning Cuban, Haitian, and other Caribbean delights!

Tickets available for Full evenig ($20) or just for Dance Party ($10)
