Paso Robles winemaker Edgar Torres joins us for an intimate dinner featuring his wines paired with four courses.

Edgar grew up in Cambria and later worked in Paso Robles, which is where his wine journey began. His wines are very much influenced by his culture and his parent's passion to create a great life for their family. That same passion comes through in Edgar's wines. We love Edgar!
Edgar's wines are big, bold, crowd pleasers. We have created a menu to compliment his wines while also channeling his Mexican heritage.
