Lil' Studio: Colorful Abstractions
Parents with little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to the Studio Museum to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding. Inspired by artist Stanley Whitney's paintings featured in the permanent collection exhibition, Under Another Name. Participants will practice naming colors, and create their own colorful cut-paper compositions.
Lil' Studio is free, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Please note Lil' Studio cannot accommodate groups with more than five children. Early childhood centers should contact tours@studiomuseum.org to arrange a separate visit.
