Urge Gastropub Kriek Dinner
We're at it again with one of our limited seating chef's table dinner events. This time we wanted to do something a little different: Belgian Krieks. That's right, a whole dinner and event centered around sour cherry beers. We reached DEEP into the cellar for this. Each guest will receive about 2oz of each beer. Here's the confirmed Beer Line-up:

First Course - A selection of fine meats and cheese provided by Brothers' Provisions
Second Course - Pate en Croute: Pastry crusted pate style meat loag topped with chilled beer gastrique and fresh truffles
Third Course - Beer Steamed Rock Fish: Rock fish filet steamed with Boon Kriek and served with a caper cream white wine reduction sauce, quinoa and roasted squash
Fourth Course - Boudin Noir Aux Pommes: Sausage served with roasted caramleized red apples served with brussel sprouts and roasted garlic red sliced potatoes
Dessert - Flourless Chocolate cake with Boon Kriek Cherry Compote and Vanilla Bean Gelato...and cigars
Please bring a jacket as we will be sitting outside for our last course!
