Junior Ranger Day on Georges Island
Board the Boston's Best Cruises High speed Catamaran for an exciting trip to Georges Island! National Park Service rangers will be available to help create a memorable adventure - the National Park Service "Junior Ranger Badge" program teaches children of all ages about what is takes to be a protector of our local parks and become environmentally friendly citizens. Children and families will have a chance to participate in many activities throughout this fun-filled and educational day. This event is open to everyone, but participation in the Junior Ranger Program is OPTIONAL. Bring family and friends, explore historic Fort Warren, earn a badge, or just enjoy relaxing on the island. The ferry will remain at the dock during the event to serve as the "base lodge" for leaving gear and grabbing chili, chowder, hot chocolate or a cold drink. Note: This is the 5th and final of the off season harbor adventures offered by Boston's Best Cruises. The previous events: New Year's Eve Cruise, Get out and Bird*, Snow Day on Spectacle Island* and the Hull Snow Row were a great success and each trip sold out. Please book early to ensure you are not left behind. (* Indicates trips sponsored by the National Park service of which this trip is included)
