Matchstick Series: Anywhere But Here

This January, join the Pipeline PlayLab Class of 2015 at the Red Room, a prohibition-era cabaret, for a night of short plays, each set in a different time and place. In the span of just 90 minutes you'll jump aboard a sinking ship, perch on a mountaintop, sip cocktails in 1950s Hollywood, ponder life and death with two aging cowboys, and that's just half of it.

About the Pipeline PlayLab

Through a year-long series of monthly meetings, the Pipeline PlayLab serves as a workshop for playwrights to build new plays with constructive feedback from other playwrights, directors, and the artistic staff of Pipeline. The program culminates in a night of fully staged short plays in January (the Matchstick Series) and a full length play reading festival in July (the Bonfire Series).
