Chicago based Stephen Hitchell dons many guises, producing as Soultek, Phase90 and Variant, as well as collaborating with Rod Modell as echospace and cv313. Hitchell (along with Modell) also runs the echospace [detroit] label, which earlier this year released his first solo album âThe Seduction Of Silenceâ under the Intrusion moniker. Stephen is a producer and engineer of minimized to maximized sounds, determined to open a new chapter in experimenation with synthesis and sound design. His vintage, warm, ethereal analog sound is produced and recorded onto reel to reel tape.

Born in 1980 and raised in the Detroit area, Luke Hess has harnessed a deep appreciation for electronic music and the expression of the underground movement. His background in mathematics and engineering have given him a scientific approach to the dance floor. His music production has landed him a seat with Beretta Music and FXHE in Detroit, Kontra-Musik in Sweden, Modelisme Records in France, and Echocord in Denmark. His first release on FXHE made it into the top 50 releases of the year in 2007 in Groove Magazine. With 8 years of DJ experience, he is regarded as a perfectionist behind the decks, layering records in a very detailed and hypnotic manner. Luke's continued hard work behind the decks and in the studio combined with his unyielding interest in technology and sound will no doubt stimulate the boundaries of electronic music.

An early Motown-radio influence coupled with a near-simultaneous rave-and-club cocktail helped to shape Warnerâs style: full of heart and yet challenging to the listener, absolutely in tune with the moment and the pacing, bursting with atmosphere and energy.
