The festival features several projects dedicated to cultural exchange, including the Communikey/Dis-patch Cross-Pollinate Project, which begins in the heart of Boulder at BMoCA. Cross-Pollinate sees a series of partnerships, residencies and exchanges, including a showcase of Serbian artists as the Opening Gala.
