We don't have liability insurance, so behave yourselves.
There has been talk of pianos, lingerie, faux pig's blood, cookies and Italian arias.
Believe us, we'll be as surprised as you are.
The middle apartment has two cats in case you're allergic.
Because of space limitations, we have to be sort of anal with the ticketing, so if it sells out, alas, it's really sold out. Tix are $7-20 sliding scale.
