"The State of Things - A Playwright's Journey"
"The State of Things - A Playwright's Journey"
A symposium with veteran writers of stage and screen Murray Schisgal, Isreal Horovitz, Mario Fratti, Quincy Long, Donna de Matteo and Stephen Adly Guirgis.

The playwrights will discuss the development of their careers, the fruits of their efforts as well as the frustrations of what it is like to be a playwright in the theater of today, how it has changed and what the future holds. A question and answer session with the audience will follow. The moderator will be Stephan Morrow, Artistic Director of The Great American Play Series.  

A Champagne reception with live music will begin the evening.  

Seating is limited.  $25 ticket price is tax deductible.


This event is a BSTC fundraiser.  All proceeds from ticket sales go to Bleecker Street Theatre Company in support of producing new works.  BSTC is a registered 501(c)3 organization and all contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
