Classic Jazz Dance with Russell Bruner
This class will focus on dance movement that goes with Rag, Jazz and Swing Music. This will be fun for anyone interested in dance styles like Charleston, Black Bottom, Legomania, Cake Walk and Eccentric Dance. We will explore the dancing from it's origin and look at ways to personalize and improvise with the style today. No experience required. All levels are welcome to attend. It is recommended that you wear comfy dance shoes with suede or leather soles during the class.
Please bring appropriate classroom attire. Class time may change without notice... please check with http://www.vermontburlesquefestival.com/Classes.html for festival updates and final class times 12 hours before your class. Please show up to your class and prepared 10 minutes early. Water will be provided however you are welcome to bring your own.
