The Maydays Improv into writing and sketch
Over 4 weeks, Jen will lead you through improvisation exercises to inspire you to write creatively. Each evening will concentrate on different areas of creating creative writing ideas through improvisation, including character and plot, and culminating in 2 weeks of improv & devising into sketch with plenty of tips for writing on your own or collaboratively.
Jen is an actor, improviser and writer having graduated from NWS/University of Sussex Creative Writing programme and 3 levels of the Secondcity Sketch/TV & Film writing courses. She has devised and co-written 3 plays with students and professional theatre companies, performed with The Treason Show and is writing a sitcom pilot under the tutelage of a Secondcity teacher.
