Playing From The Heart

The present moment has such power and opportunity if we allow ourselves to really be in it. However we often skip over it because we are so busy analysing, planning or remembering. It's time to free ourselves from the critical noises of the human mind and awaken the animal inside!
For this course we'll be discarding structure and rules to enjoy improvising in the purest sense: just you, your scene partner and the moment. Using meditative techniques and physical work we will bring the awareness back into the body, really start to listen to it and discover the freedom of playing from instinct and sensation. We will look at how playing truthfully creates scenes that really land in the hearts of the audience and how creativity can flow easily though you when you are open to it.
It's time to stop thinking and start liberating the master improviser within!
