Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus AY Office and Laboratory.

This 357,000 SF project designed for LEED Gold certification incorporates sophisticated design, engineering and material choices to achieve a high level of sustainability and occupant comfort. The interpretive experience, led by Qualcomm employees and supported by members of the design team, will focus on a close examination of the following aspects:
1. Applied Passive Design
2. Daylighting Strategies
3. Natural Ventilation
4. Sustainable Workplace Environment
The tour offers 1.0 hours AIA CE|LU and 1.00 hour of GBCI continuing education.

Guests (if space permits): $15
Reservations non-refundable. Capacity limited.
Free parking details (please arrive 15 minutes early): Parking is available in the new Pacific Center Parking garage which is on the northeast corner of the campus.
