Pig Butchering Class with Ted Nigro
In honor of the recent release of our e-Cookbook, I Like Pig: Recipes and Inspiration from New York City's Pig Island, we are inviting back one of our favorite carvers, Ted "The Butcher" Nigro for three hours of learning how to carve plus sampling various cuts (cooked up by our in-house chef). Everyone who buys a ticket will also get to take home at least one pound of pork (barter for cuts).
Beer, wine and cider are available for additional purchase. All sales are final.
