Learn about the ins and outs of drip irrigation for small garden spaces. This class focuses on simple drip irrigation systems for small garden spaces and fruit tree orchards. Theodore Payne Foundation's Nursery Manager Tim Becker will discuss irrigation principles, techniques and equipment best suited for edible garden spaces with practical examples.
This class will be held outdoors and will meet at The Ranch Garden Shade Structure. Attendees MUST wear closed-toed shoes to participate in this workshop.
This workshop is only open to present and past participants of The Huntington Botanical Gardens "Train - the - Trainer" Program. Train-the-Trainer is a grant sponsored course intended as professional development for people actively involved in teaching gardening on a community, education, or professional level.
