Introduction to Propagation cuttings, division, grafting and saving seeds. Expand your garden's diversity by working with the plants already at hand! In this hands-on workshop, we will learn how to make soft wood and hard wood cuttings, how to make successful divisions, and more advanced considerations for selecting and saving seed.
This class will be held outdoors and participants will be working with pruning shears.
This workshop is only open to present and past participants of The Huntington Botanical Gardens "Train - the - Trainer" Program. Train-the-Trainer is a grant sponsored course intended as professional development for people actively involved in teaching gardening on a community, education, or professional level.
