Tapping Into Health and Happiness -- Nisa King
An often overlooked contributor to your overall physical health and healing power is your emotional health. Energy Psychology addresses the relationship of energy systems to emotion, cognition, behavior and health. During this course, you will learn about Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), an Energy Psychology tool that uses focused thought combined with gentle fingertip tapping on key acupuncture meridian end-points to help restore mind and body balance.
Tapping on these 14 acupuncture meridian points may help your body to unblock energy, increase the energy flow and release tension.
You will learn about the history, theory and practice of EFT, and have an opportunity to practice the technique under the instructor's guidance.
Nisa King has an M.A. in Psychology and is an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager turned an EFT Practitioner. She worked for Philips, Sema, IBM, EDS and Satyam as a manager of projects, resources and operations. She now uses her coaching and healing skills as a life coach. Nisa works with individuals and groups to help find the love, joy, power and freedom within themselves.
This course will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 13, at the Odd Fellows Historic Hall in Arroyo Grande from 10 a.m. until noon
