The Good Lovelies
Canadian group The Good Lovelies delight with their lighthearted folk music and skilled vocal harmonies that is equal parts city and country, highway and home, and a whole lot of fun.
Upbeat and funny, with just a pinch of sass, the Good Lovelies' textbook three-part harmonies, constant instrument swapping and witty stage banter have enlivened the folk music landscape since they joined forces in 2006.
Their songwriting and irresistibly buoyant dispositions have made them a hit with audiences as well as the darlings of the summer festival circuit.
The Good Lovelies received a Juno for Roots/Traditional Album of the Year in 2010. In 2013 they received two Canadian Folk Music Awards for Vocal Group of the Year and Ensemble of the Year.
