Drifting and Pooling with Jennifer Monson
This workshop uses concepts generated from phenomenon around us, both in the urban and less urban environment to explore choreographic approaches to place. We will drift through movement and ideas, arriving in eddies and pools that allow us to deepen into different states of awareness and consciousness. Form will arise for movement explorations and from this we will create choreographic systems that respond to our own personal sense of place and the inherent relationships we create as we transmit experience through dancing.
