Springtime Farm Outing Burgundy Pasture Beef
Something for everyone in our springtime farm outing, an event in 3 parts: lunch, farm tour and sausage making class.
Burgundy Pasture Beef has invited us to join them at their ranch for a farm tour Saturday, March 27th to start at 2:30. They have a flat bed trailer to accommodate our group for a tour of the pastures and their cattle operation. We will then come back to the store location for a sausage making demonstration at 4:00, with guest chef David Uygur. He will be making a sweet Italian sausage and each class participant will have a pound of links to take home, cook and sample.
Lunch is offered in the Burgundy Beef cafe (I hear they make a great burger) and you are invited to come out early and have lunch (not included in class fee).
The class is limited to 30 people.
