Chef Evan Coben returns to our quaint little supper club for her second time, ready to flush you again with her culinary prowess.  Evan studied at the Pastry Arts Management Program at the Culinary Institute of America, she was a Pastry Intern at Cafe Gray (owned by world renowned Chef Gray Kuntz), worked as Sous Chef for Chef Will Goldfarb at Room 4 Dessert in NYC, and developed pastry menus for Ed Brown's 81 also in NYC.  In February of 2013, she flew in with a lofty goal of creating a meal inspired by the seven deadly sins.  By the way, she nailed it.  Now, we are lucky enough to have her on the West coast.  Clearly, she prefers a challenge:  a meal as an ode to color (in the middle of winter).  Evan's artistry and dedication to design will tint every course.  The vitality of the food and the pigment rich art by Ursula Xanthe Young will get you buzzing with that zest for life only a rainbow can deliver because, well.... Because rainbows, that's why!
