Slow Food South Bay Grandmother's Workshop Tamales
Wild Mushroom Tamales These are not your grandmother's tamales! Though we'll use traditional dried corn husks and finely ground corn flour, the addition of dry porcini mushrooms and exotic fresh ones makes them a fancy hors d'oeuvre. Plan to take some home after our tasting at the end of the lesson.
Friday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. At the home of Ann Duwe 25900 Elena Road, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022 $8 per person for Slow Food Members Maximum participants: 12
