The Phil Norman Tentet (actually eleven, since Norman doesnt include himself in the number count) has been doing precisely that for 25 years now!... exploring new ideas via the contributions of gifted arrangers and composers such as Bob Florence, Dave Pell, Allen Broadbent, Roger Neumann and Kim Richmond, to mention a few. All the while utilizing the amazing pool of first call players we have right here in Los Angeles!
