Our next cooking class pays homage to Chef de Cuisine John Madriaga's Filipino heritage. Time off is spent around the dinner table with John's tight-knit family. Grand family-style meals are cooked and enjoyed together, and enhanced by the company and conversation.
At this demonstration-style class, chef John will share with you his favorite Filipino-inspired pork preparations utilizing a whole animal from one of the Bay Area's finest pig ranchers, Stone Valley Farm. Class includes instruction and a sit-down lunch with wine pairings.
