Join your AIACV colleagues, allied design professionals and the design team from LPAS for a private
tour of the first private sector LEED certified high-rise building in Northern California. The project features ground-level retail, a public plaza and 345,000 square feet of office space. The property is on-track for
Gold Level LEED CS Certification which was achieved with less than a 0.5% cost increase.
Before we tour the building, well gather to briefly introduce and welcome our Chapters newest
members & sponsors, while enjoying light appetizers and amazing 360 degree views of Sacramento!
