Amazing Summer Appetizers
Please join us for our "Amazing Summer Appetizers" cooking class, when we'll share with you some of our original recipes for appealing appetizers that will be the hit of your next party, potluck, or picnic. Simple to prepare and always versatile these dishes are sure to impress all of your friends and family. We'll talk about how to incorporate healthy, fresh ingredients into appetizers and treats traditionally not so nutritious. Get ready for some fun party foods that will spice up your summer. We will cover nutritional tips and tricks to get the most out of your food, and techniques for making vegan, gluten-free cooking simple and always tasty. Come out and try some of our favorite bite size treats! As always 100% vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free.

"Fire and Earth Kitchen offers cooking classes which are 100% vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and open to everyone. We offer public monthly group cooking classes in homes all around the Puget Sound , as well as private cooking classes in your own kitchen. Our mission is to make plant-based and gluten-free cooking accessible to everyone. We do this by making sure every dish is simple to prepare, and by using nutritious, easy to find ingredients. All of our classes are demonstration based, which leaves you ample time to ask questions, sample food, and sip a drink. Custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class. Our group classes are social and casual, and cultivate a sense of community hard to find elsewhere. Most group classes average 8-12 people, minimum being 8, maximum being 16, depending on space. We also offer vegan, gluten-free personal chef meal services for those who want to eat well but are short on time, if interested contact renee@fireandearthkitchen.com"
