Cooking for the Cle Elum Seven
Please join us for our first cooking class designed around the favorite flavors of everyone's beloved chimps, the Cle Elum Seven! We have created a custom menu of dishes based around their most loved foods and we're excited to share these tasty dishes with you this summer. As many of you may know the Cle Elum Seven are a group of chimpanzees that were rescued from years of bio-medical research and now live out their days in Eastern Washington, at the beautiful Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest. They are taken care of wonderfully, but this fantastic non-profit is always in need of support to keep everything running smoothly and to meet all of the chimps needs. We will be donating all profits from the ticket sales of this class to the sanctuary to care for our friends. Everything we prepare in class will be 100% vegan and gluten-free. We will share our recipes, knowledge on making plant-based cooking easy and delicious, and tips and tricks for maximizing the nutrition in your meals. Please join us for this one-of-a-kind class at the sanctuary in Cle Elum, and show your love for the chimps while learning new vegan recipes! We hope to make this class a tradition.

*Pumpkin Seed Pate and Summer Veggie Wraps
*African Peanut Soup with Collard Greens
*Black Bean and Sweet Potato Veggie Burgers with Avocado Cream
