Duwamish Brunch & Native Art Auction
You are happily invited to join in a Champagne Gala Brunch & Art Auction hosted by the Duwamish Tribe.
The theme for this year is "Honoring Duwamish People." Proceeds from this year's event will benefit Duwamish Tribal Services, a nonprofit organization, that supports operations at the beautiful Duwamish Longhouse & Cultural Center as well as cultural activities for its youth. The Duwamish Longhouse & Cultural Center recently celebrated its 5th Anniversary at its current home along the Duwamish River.
This annual event is always a celebraton of contemporary and traditional culture of the Duwamish People with the honoring of Northwest artists and generous business donors with a live and silent auction.
This event will also feature a lovely brunch buffet which will include appetizers of new potatoes wrapped in succulent bacon, pastries, sausage gravy & biscuits, ham, cheesy potatoes, quiche, fruit, tea, coffee and a Summer Mimosa Bar Reception featuring orange, pineapple, strawberry lemonade and peach nectar.
Festive casual attire is highly recommended as light musical accompaniment will be the backdrop for this early Summer Gala Celebration.:)
