"Fire and Earth Kitchen offers cooking classes which are 100% vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and open to everyone. We offer public monthly group cooking classes in homes all around the Puget Sound , as well as private cooking classes in your own kitchen. Our mission is to make plant-based and gluten-free cooking accessible to everyone. We do this by making sure every recipe we create is simple to prepare, and uses nutritious, easy to find ingredients. All of our classes are demonstration based, which leaves you ample time to ask questions, sample food, and sip a drink. Custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class. Our group classes are social and casual, and cultivate a sense of community hard to find elsewhere. Most group classes average 8-12 people, minimum being 8, maximum being 16, depending on space."
Disclaimer: Classes are held in private homes around the Puget Sound region and may have pets present in the home. Please contact us to inquire, if so. If you have pet allergies and would like to attend anyway, please take appropriate measures beforehand so you are completely comfortable for the duration. Contact us anytime to schedule a class in your own home.
