Winter Farmers Market Cocktail Night
CUESA and the San Francisco Chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild (USBG) are hosting an evening of winter farmers' market cocktails in our kitchen under the arches of the Ferry Building. For just $25, guests will imbibe 2 full sized signature drinks (The Original John Collins and an Old Sydneytown Winter Punch), taste 12 seasonally-inspired cocktails, and nibble on bites from local restaurants Beretta, Conduit, Globe, Michael Mina and Zuppa. Guests are eligible to win bartending and farmers market prizes by casting a vote for their favorite drink. Guest bartenders include H. Joseph Ehrman of Elixir; Sierra Zimmei of Seasons Bar at Four Seasons San Francisco; David Nepove, the USBG National VP: Greg Lindgren & Jon Gasparini of Rye and Rosewood Bar; Scott Baird of 15 Romolo; Brian MacGregor of Jardiniere; Eric Castro of Bourbon & Branch; Victoria Damato of Cent'Anni Cocktails: John Burton of the Bartenders' School of Santa Rosa; Alex Smith of Thirsty Bear Brewing Company and others. Taste 12 different seasonal creations, take home recipes, win prizes and enjoy two signature drinks all in the name of supporting local, sustainable agriculture and the Bay Area cocktail culture.
