We Are Not Amused
Ever since we kicked 'em out, the Brits have been finding their way back into the USA. Today, the British Broadcasting Company has invaded our TV screens armed with period costume, the bon-est of mots, and wit so dry it hurts. Join us, then, and we ruffle a few knickers and set the teakettle singing by sending up some of the best of what British TV has to offer.
The Broadcast Listing for the Evening: When you roll the dice with Miss Rose, you're always a winner. Minnie D'Moocha climbs up the social ladder back onto our stage while Kat Mandu steps out from behind the counter, and out of her clothes! Ruby Solitaire will exterminate all your inhibitions while Crimson Kitty and JZ Bich make their Excelsior debut as a certain fabulous duo. Finally, Dottie Dynamo, as an agent of the resistance, misses the theme by just *that much* (not that you'll mind). Our erstwhile host Moe Cheezmo brings you something completely different in an extra special performance that you will not be expecting and Ivory Askew will be the evening's gogo artist, as a pompous vision of light on the starship that is the Excelsior stage.
This Anglophilial, eccydiscal event occurs December 10th, with broadcast starting at 9pm at the R Bar Public House at 218 Bowery, with an all-colonial cast including:
Crimson Kitty Dottie Dynamo JZ Bich Kat Mandu Minnie D'Moocha (with a very special guest) Miss Rose & Ruby Solitaire and gogo by Ivory Askew With our host, Moe Cheezmo
