AIACV Board Installation + Tour of Hot Italian
Spend the night with a HOT ITALIAN, while we formally install the Chapters 2009 Board of Directors and thank our sponsors and members who keep our chapter active and vibrant.
Afterwards, take a tour with HOT ITALIAN creator Andrea Lepore, project architect Ed Mojica, AIA of MAS Mojica Architecture Studio, general contractor John Johnson of JC Builders, and LEED AP Scott Blunk of Green Built Consulting.
Learn how HOT ITALIAN became the Central Valleys first LEED Certified restaurant and retail project, featuring a solar thermal system to heat water for the bathrooms and dishwashers, a commercial composting bin to digest most
kitchen scraps, recycled building materials, ample two-wheel parking, and more.
Finish off the night with pizza from pizzaolo Fabrizio Cercatore and cool Italian gelato, or grab a HOT ITALIAN T-shirt in the Motors & Gear shop!
