Join us for our November cooking class "Pierogies, Pierogies!", where we'll show you how to prepare Eastern European treats like vegan golabkis (stuffed cabbage rolls), savory beet tart, chocolate cinnamon rugelach, and of course chewy delicious pierogies! This class is close to our hearts, as Fire and Earth Kitchen shares Easern European ancestry, and the ancestral love will show come class time. These recipes are off the chart vegan comfort food, and you will definitely want to know these delicious and unique recipes to impress your family and friends this holiday season. As always, all vegan, gluten and soy free. <BR><BR>On the menu:<BR>Golabkis (Seasoned Stuffed Cabbage Rolls)<BR>Savory Beet Tart<BR>Chewy Potato and Mushroom Pierogies (divine potato dumplings)<BR>Chocolate Cinnamon Rugelach<BR><BR>Fire and Earth Kitchen offers cooking classes which are 100% vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and open to everyone. We offer monthly group cooking classes in our fireside space, as well as private cooking classes in our space or yours. Our mission is to make plant-based and gluten-free cooking accessible to everyone. We do this by making sure every dish is simple to prepare, and by using nutritious, easy to find ingredients. All of our classes are demonstration based, which leaves you ample time to ask questions, sample food, and sip a drink. Custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class. Our group classes are social and casual, and cultivate a sense of community hard to find elsewhere. Each group class has a minimum of 4 participants, and maximum of 8. <BR><BR><BR>Disclaimer: Classes are held in our intimate fireside space and while it is a test kitchen and classroom, it is also a home. &nbsp;Two sweet cats live here (though they will not be present during class), if you have &nbsp;allergies please take appropriate measures beforehand so you are completely comfortable for the duration, or contact us to schedule a class in your own home.
