Discover Ayurveda - the science of longevity, the sister science to yoga. We will learn what Ayurveda is, how to determine your dosha/type and the best way to care for your unique needs through food. Sethyne will talk about the importance of eating seasonally and will make a recipe adjusted for each specific dosha. Leave encouraged to be an active participant in your own journey toward healing, empowered with practical and effective knowledge to apply right away.
