Learn how to take just a few pantry staples and turn them into different and versatile dishes that take the headache out of coming up with something new to eat every day. Learn how to be a creative and flexible cook as we utilize white beans, farro, bacon and seasonal produce to make: crispy caper white bean tartine; herbed white bean anything; lemon farro soup; arugula almond pesto farro bowls, and a strawberry arugula salad. Instructor: Sandra Clark Jergensen
This is a demonstration-style class and there will also be opportunities to assist Sandra in the cooking.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
