Advanced Baking Camp
Bake the most of the summer!
From pastries and pies to doughnuts and lava cakes, each day we will work on a different baked good while exploring the science of baking and the roles ingredients play.
While our confections are baking, we will focus on different techniques in order to improve their skills and builds a solid foundation for baking independence and paves the way for future foodies!
Students end the week by making dinner that will be baked at home to be enjoyed by their families!
**Students taking advanced baking should have taken a previous baking class and need a strong understanding of measurements and how to following a recipe.
For: 3rd grade and up,
When: Mon - Fri , 9am - 12pm
**Drop-off 8:45am - 9am & pick-up 12pm - 12:15pm
Dates: July 27th - 31st
Cost: $245 Registration closes 7/1/2020
